IVG e-liquids are bottled vape juices developed by the UK brand IVG, short for I Vape Great. The company began in Preston in 2016 and built its name around bold, easy-to-recognise flavours.
The bottles in this collection are 50ml shortfills, not prefilled pods. Each one contains nicotine-free liquid inside a 60ml bottle, leaving 10ml of space. You can use the liquid at 0mg or add one compatible nicotine shot.
Nothing else is included unless the selected product option says so. You still need a suitable device, tank, and working coil. Browse 50ml Shortfills if you want to compare IVG with other brands in the same bottle size.
Are IVG E-Liquids Nic Salts?
Not all of them. IVG produces nic salts, freebase 50/50 liquids and nicotine-free shortfills under different ranges.
The IVG 50ml e-liquids currently listed by Pirate Vapes are 0mg shortfills. They do not contain nicotine salt. IVG Intense Salts are a separate 10ml range, while IVG Original 50/50 uses freebase nicotine. Similar bottles can need completely different hardware, so the product format matters more than the IVG logo on the label.
For bottled salt-based liquids from IVG and other brands, use the Nic Salts collection.
Which IVG E-Liquid Should I Buy?
Start with your device. It rules out the wrong liquid faster than flavour ever will.
#table
IVG liquid format: Usual bottle and nicotine format: Best matched with
50ml shortfill: 50ml of 0mg liquid in a 60ml bottle: Sub-ohm tanks and DTL kits
100ml shortfill: 100ml of 0mg liquid in a 120ml bottle: Higher-powered sub-ohm hardware
Intense Salts: 10ml nic salt, commonly 10mg or 20mg: Low-powered MTL refillable pods
Original 50/50: 10ml freebase liquid in 3mg, 6mg or 12mg: MTL tanks, starter kits and suitable refillable pods
Pirate Vapes currently focuses this collection on the first option. The live product grid is the final word on available bottles, flavours and bundle choices.
Nicotine-free shortfills from other ranges sit under Nicotine Free E-Liquids. For thinner pod-friendly liquids, compare 50-50 E-Liquid.
What Are the Best IVG E-Liquid Flavours?
The best IVG flavour is the one you will still want after the first tank. That sounds obvious, but a dramatic first taste and a useful all-day flavour are not always the same thing.
These are sensible places to start:
- Tropical Ice Blast: Mixed tropical fruit with a cold finish.
- Bubblegum: Sweet, chewy and deliberately nostalgic.
- Pink Lemonade: A fruitier take on sharp lemonade.
- Strawberry Jam Yogurt: Strawberry sweetness over a creamy yoghurt base.
- Honey Crunch: A cereal-style flavour with honey through it.
- Spearmint: Cleaner and simpler than the fruit-heavy blends.
- Gold Tobacco: Mild tobacco for customers who do not want sweets or ice.
Tropical Ice Blast is the obvious introduction to IVG's colder fruit style. Not keen on menthol? Do not choose by bottle colour alone. A name such as Strawberry Jam Yogurt, Honey Crunch or Gold Tobacco points in a very different direction.
Which IVG E-Liquid Flavours Are Available?
The current Pirate Vapes shortfill listing contains 24 named flavours. They are grouped here by the main direction of the blend, so the list is quicker to scan.
Fruit, tropical and ice flavours
Blackcurrant, Caribbean Crush, Kiwi Lemon Cool, Rainbow Pop, Rio Rush, Strawberry Watermelon Chew, Tropical Berry, Tropical Berry Chew, Tropical Ice Blast and Vimade Fusion.
Lemonade, drinks and fizzy flavours
Citrus Lemonade, Cola Ice, Fresh Lemonade, Green Energy, Honeydew Lemonade and Pink Lemonade.
Candy, cereal and dessert flavours
Bubblegum, Honey Crunch, Strawberry Jam Yogurt and Unicorn Hoops.
Mint and tobacco flavours
Gold Tobacco, Red Tobacco, Silver Tobacco and Spearmint.
Flavour availability can move during restocks. Follow the selector on the product card before ordering rather than assuming that every name is available with every bundle option.
What VG/PG Ratio Is IVG E-Liquid?
The IVG 50ml shortfills in this collection use a 70VG/30PG ratio. More vegetable glycerine makes the liquid thicker and better suited to coils with larger wicking ports.
That ratio is built for vapour-focused DTL setups. It is not the same as IVG's 50/50 nic salt or freebase ranges.
#table
Ratio: How it behaves: Typical hardware:
70VG/30PG: Thicker liquid with more vapour: Sub-ohm tank or DTL kit
50VG/50PG: Thinner and easier to wick at low power: MTL pod, vape pen or starter kit
The High VG E-Liquid collection covers more high-VG options for cloud-focused devices.
Can You Use IVG Shortfill in a Pod Kit?
Only if the manufacturer of that exact pod says it can handle 70/30 liquid. Most compact MTL pods cannot.
A thick shortfill may struggle to reach the cotton through small wick openings. The result is weak flavour, a dry draw, or a burnt coil. For a standard low-powered pod, choose a thinner 50/50 liquid instead.
What Vape Kit Is Best for IVG E-Liquid?
Use these IVG shortfills with a sub-ohm tank or DTL vape kit designed for high-VG liquid. There is no universal wattage. Follow the range printed on the coil rather than copying a setting from another device.
Four checks prevent most bad pairings:
- Read the liquid ratio. The bottle should state 70VG/30PG.
- Check the coil recommendation. It must accept high-VG e-liquid.
- Stay inside the wattage range. Start near the lower end when the coil is new.
- Confirm the draw style. IVG shortfills suit airier DTL use, not a tight high-strength MTL draw.
If you already own a mod, DTL Tanks are the relevant place to compare compatible tanks. Customers replacing the whole setup can start under Vape Kits.
How Much Nicotine Is in IVG E-Liquid?
The 50ml shortfill starts at 0mg. No nicotine is present until you add a shot.
One 10ml shot at 18mg/ml contains 180mg of nicotine in total. Mixed into the 50ml shortfill, it produces 60ml of liquid at approximately 3mg/ml:
180mg ÷ 60ml = 3mg/ml
The Pirate Vapes product currently offers a two-shot bundle. Only one shot fits in the 60ml bottle. The second is a sealed spare for another shortfill. Trying to force both into the same bottle will overflow it and produce the wrong mixture.
Need shots separately? Browse Nicotine Shots.
Can You Vape IVG Shortfill Without a Nic Shot?
Yes. Use it as supplied if you want 0mg e-liquid.
Do not add a shot out of habit. First decide whether you want nicotine, then check the strength and bottle space. A shortfill is usable either way.
How Do You Add a Nic Shot to IVG E-Liquid?
The bottle leaves room for one 10ml shot. Mixing takes a minute.
- Open the shortfill. Remove the child-resistant cap and lift the nozzle carefully.
- Add one 10ml shot. Pour the full shot into the 50ml liquid.
- Close and shake. Refit the nozzle, tighten the cap and shake until the mixture looks even.
- Let it settle. Wait for the bubbles to clear, then fill the tank.
Using a new coil? Let the filled tank stand for the time stated by the coil manufacturer before vaping. Nicotine is addictive, and every nicotine product should be kept away from children and pets.
How Long Does 50ml of IVG E-Liquid Last?
There is no honest one-number answer. A high-powered coil, long draws, and an open airflow can get through 50ml quickly. Lower output and shorter draws use less.
Track your own consumption over one bottle. If it lasts five days, you are using roughly 10ml a day. If it lasts ten, that is closer to 5ml. This gives you a much better reorder point than somebody else's estimate.
Keep the bottle upright, capped and out of direct sunlight. Heat and repeated exposure to air can change the colour and flavour over time.
Is IVG E-Liquid Made in the UK?
IVG is a Preston-founded brand that has been developing e-liquid since 2016. Its liquid recipes are developed and quality-checked in the UK, and the current Pirate Vapes shortfill listing identifies the product as UK-made.
That history matters more here than a vague "premium" label. IVG has kept flavours such as Tropical Ice Blast, Pink Lemonade and Spearmint in circulation while building newer hardware and pod ranges around the same brand.
To see the company's kits, replacement pods and bottled liquids together, browse IVG Vapes.
Are IVG E-Liquids Legal in the UK?
Yes. Bottled e-liquid was not prohibited by the UK single-use vape ban that took effect on 1 June 2025.
Nicotine-containing refill bottles sold to consumers are limited to 10ml and no more than 20mg/ml. Larger shortfill bottles can be sold because the liquid inside is nicotine-free. That is why a 50ml IVG shortfill is supplied at 0mg, and any nicotine comes in a separate 10ml shot.
The rules do not make vaping risk-free. Nicotine is addictive. These products are for adults aged 18 and over, with age verification required at checkout.
Why Buy IVG E-Liquids from Pirate Vapes?
Pirate Vapes keeps all 24 current IVG shortfill flavours under one product route, with the 0mg and nic-shot choices shown before checkout. That makes the important decisions visible: flavour, bottle format and whether a nicotine shot is included.
Stock status and current pricing appear in the live grid. For other brands, bottle sizes and nicotine formats, the main E-Liquids collection gives you a wider comparison.
