You earn points on every £1 you spend, plus bonus points for signing up, adding your birthday, and leaving product reviews. Points land in your account automatically after each qualifying action.

Points convert to money off at set milestones, starting at 250 points for £5 off and rising to 2,000 points for £100 off. The higher the milestone, the more each point is worth.

Once you've reached a milestone, you turn your points into a discount and apply it to your order at checkout.

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. As long as you place an order, log in, or earn points within that period, your balance stays active.

As your total points grow, you move up from Bronze to Silver, then Gold and Platinum. Higher tiers unlock perks such as early access to new products and offers, birthday bonus points, and, at Platinum, free shipping on every order. 

Points rewards can be combined with our seasonal sales, but not with other discount codes. Only one discount code can be applied per order. 

Share your personal referral link with a friend. When they place their first order, you receive a £10 voucher and they get £5 off theirs. There's no limit on how many people you can refer.
