Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 Prefilled Pod Kit

Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Vape Kit

Up to 25,000 puffs. Two flavours in one device, and a twist of the mouthpiece to switch between them. The Hayati Pro Ultra 25000 is the biggest kit Hayati makes, and it suits people who vape every day and are tired of devices that give up by midweek.

It's one of the highest-capacity 25000-puff vapes we stock. For anyone stepping up from smaller kits, it's a popular first pick at Pirate Vapes.

A few reasons it shifts so well:

• Up to 25,000 puffs per device
• 850mAh battery, charged over USB-C
• Two flavours loaded, switch any time
• Dual mesh coils
• LED display for battery and device status

Features of the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K

The Hayati 25000 combines a high puff count, dual flavours, long-lasting battery and a large e-liquid capacity in one convenient device.

Up to 25,000 Puffs

Twenty-five thousand puffs is the headline figure, and it puts this among the longest-running kits we stock. For a daily vaper that works out at roughly a few weeks per device, so you reorder less often and don't get caught short midweek. It's the number doing the heavy lifting here.

Battery and Charging

The 850mAh battery is where this kit earns its keep. It charges over USB-C, so a flat device gets plugged in and topped up rather than thrown out. It also outlasts the e-liquid, which means a few recharges before the 22ml is gone.

Two Flavours, One Twist

Two flavours sit inside, and a turn of the mouthpiece moves you between them. No carrying a second device, no committing to one taste for the day. Pair a fruit with an ice, or run two berries and switch on a whim.

Dual Mesh Coils

Dual mesh coils heat the liquid evenly, so the flavour stays sharp instead of going flat as the device drains.

Smart Display and Leak-Resistant Build

The small LED keeps you posted on battery and device status, so a flat battery never sneaks up on you mid-day. The pod sits in a sealed housing built to keep liquid where it belongs, so no sticky mouthpiece or leakage in your pocket or bag between vapes.

22ml E-liquid Capacity

A 2ml pod feeds off two 10ml refill containers for 22ml in total. Each part stays within UK limits, and that larger reservoir is what carries the puff count to its peak. It's the kind of capacity that separates the bigger Prefilled Pod Kits from smaller everyday devices.

How to Set Up the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K

Follow these simple steps to charge, prepare, and start using the Hayati Pro Ultra 25000.

Step 1: Charge it first. Plug a USB-C cable (not supplied) into the port and let it reach full.

Step 2: Check that the pod and refill containers are seated properly. They arrive in the box ready to use.

Step 3: Vape. It's draw-activated, so there are no buttons. Just inhale on the mouthpiece.

Step 4: Switch flavour whenever you like by twisting the mouthpiece between the two sides.

Step 5: Recharge when the LED shows the battery running low.

No coils to swap and no settings to fiddle with, which is part of the appeal.

What's in the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Box

Each kit comes with:

• 1 × Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K device
• 1 × 2ml prefilled pod
• 2 × 10ml refill containers
• 1 × user manual

There's no USB-C cable in the box, so charge it with one you already have.

Compatible with Hayati 25K Replacement Pods

The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 works exclusively with its own dedicated pods. No other Hayati pods (Pro Max, Pro Mini, Duo) will fit this device.

When the supplied liquid runs out, you fit fresh Hayati 25K Replacement Pods rather than topping up from a bottle. It charges via any standard USB-C cable you already own.

About Hayati

Hayati is one of the most recognised vape names in the UK, and the Hayati 25K is a big part of why. The brand is known for high-capacity rechargeable kits, long flavour lists, and devices that don't ask much of you to use.

Across the Hayati Vapes range, everything we stock is TPD-compliant and MHRA-notified, and our checkout is age-verified for over-18s only.

Stock Up and Save

Free Delivery applies to orders over £40, and anything placed before 4 pm ships the same day. When you're ready to reorder, Auto Refill sends your pods and favourites out on a set schedule, so you're not starting from scratch each time.

Every purchase earns Crew Rewards points, redeemable on future orders. Buying more than one from Pirate Vapes? The Value Bundles bring the per-unit price down.

Conclusion

If you vape every day and want a kit that lasts properly between charges, the Hayati Pro Ultra earns its place. Up to 25,000 puffs, two flavours on a twist of the mouthpiece, dual mesh coils, and an 850mAh battery you recharge over USB-C rather than bin.

The 22ml spread across the pod and two refill containers is what carries the count to its peak, and forty flavours mean you won't get bored of one profile.

It sits among the strongest of our Big-Puff Pod Kits. Flavour holds sharp to the last draw. For a rechargeable kit at this puff count, it's one of the easiest we stock to recommend.
