Delivery Information

Fast, secure, and discreet delivery across the UK. When your pods or e-liquid run low, you want them quickly and without fuss, so here is exactly how delivery works at Pirate Vapes, with the costs, timeframes, and small print all in one place.

Delivery is free on every order over £40. Below that, delivery will be charge, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Orders are sent by trusted UK couriers, Royal Mail and UPS, and every service is fully tracked.

Same-day dispatch

Order before 4 pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm, at weekends, or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch on bank holidays.

Your order, step by step

We keep it simple, and we tell you what is happening at every stage:

  1. Order placed. You receive an order confirmation by email.

  2. Age verified. We confirm you are 18 or over. In most cases this happens automatically in seconds.

  3. Dispatched. Order before 4 pm on a working day and it leaves us the same day.

  4. Tracking sent. We email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.

  5. Delivered. Our courier may ask for photo ID on delivery, so please have it ready if needed.


Tracking your order

Every order is fully tracked. Once your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking link, and if you have an account, you can also follow progress in your order history.

Age verification on delivery

We sell age-restricted products and operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Your age is checked electronically at checkout, and our courier may also ask for photo ID before handing over your parcel. If we cannot confirm your age electronically, we will ask for proof before we dispatch, so your order is held up no longer than necessary.


Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Some remote postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may take a little longer, and certain services may not be available there.

Because of carrier rules on lithium batteries, orders containing more than battery-powered devices may be sent on an alternative service to some areas. The right option is always shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.


Discreet, secure packaging

Every order is sent in plain, sealed outer packaging, with nothing on the outside to show what is inside. 


If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged

First, check your tracking link for the latest update, and allow for the occasional carrier scan delay at busy times. If your parcel has not arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, or if anything is missing or has arrived damaged, contact us at support@piratevapes.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
