What our products are, and what they aren't

We sell consumer vaping and nicotine products. They are not licensed medicines, and they are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. We make no claims about vaping and health, and we don't present anything we sell as a stop-smoking aid or a medical device. Our products are not risk-free, and the decision to use them is yours.

 

Nicotine

Most of what we sell contains nicotine, and nicotine is an addictive substance. Using it can cause side effects in some people, which may include headaches, dizziness, nausea, a dry or irritated throat, or a faster heartbeat. If a product doesn't agree with you, stop using it, and if symptoms carry on or worry you, speak to a healthcare professional. Our products are for existing adult nicotine users aged 18 and over, and we verify age at checkout. They are not for anyone under 18, for people who don't already use nicotine, or for anyone sensitive to it.

 

Who should take extra care, or not use these products

Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using any nicotine product if you:

• are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding,

• have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or circulatory problems,

• have diabetes, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, or a seizure disorder,

• have a respiratory condition such as asthma,

• take prescription medication, since nicotine can interact with some medicines, or

• have any other ongoing health condition you're unsure about.

If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to nicotine, propylene glycol (PG), or vegetable glycerine (VG), check the ingredients before you buy, and stop using a product straight away if you have a reaction.

If you feel unwell

If you have an adverse reaction to a product, stop using it. For symptoms that persist or concern you, contact your GP, a pharmacist, or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Keep nicotine away from children and pets

Nicotine can be harmful if swallowed, and dangerous even in small amounts, particularly to children and animals. Store e-liquids, pods, and devices well out of their reach, and keep everything in its original child-resistant packaging. If someone swallows e-liquid, or you suspect nicotine poisoning, get medical help straight away by calling 999 or NHS 111. If you can, have the product with you so you can tell them exactly what was swallowed.

Read the manufacturer's information

Always read the instructions, ingredients, and safety warnings that come with your product, and follow them. That includes the guidance on charging and looking after batteries; our Product Warranty page covers battery safety too. Where anything from us differs from the manufacturer's own information, follow the manufacturer.

This disclaimer does not limit or exclude the liability of Treat Verse Ltd for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for anything else the law will not let us exclude. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Treat Verse Ltd is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from relying on the general information on this site. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
