Payment Methods
Paying for your order is quick, and every payment is processed securely. Here's what we accept and how it all works.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
We take all the major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. If you'd rather spread the cost, Klarna is there too. Whatever you choose, the available options are laid out at checkout before you pay a penny.
YOUR PAYMENT IS SECURE
We process all card payments through Checkout.com, which is fully encrypted and secure, so your full card details are never stored on our side. Your bank may add its own layer of protection too, such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard's 3D Secure, which asks you to confirm the payment through your bank. It's a quick extra step, and it keeps your account protected. Every order has to be paid for before it's processed for dispatch. Once your payment clears, we get your order moving and email to let you know it's on its way.
SPREADING THE COST WITH KLARNA
Prefer to pay in instalments? Klarna lets you split an order into smaller payments instead of paying all at once. You choose your plan through Klarna at checkout, and their own terms and eligibility checks apply.
Do you accept PayPal?
Not at the moment. PayPal doesn't support payments for vaping products, so it isn't available at our checkout. That isn't a Pirate Vapes decision: it's a restriction PayPal applies across the trade. There are plenty of other ways to pay listed above.
Do you accept Apple Pay?
Same story as PayPal. Apple doesn't support payments for vaping products, so Apple Pay isn't an option at checkout. Any of the cards above, or Klarna, will get your order sorted.
Trouble with a payment?
If a payment won't go through, it's usually your bank's fraud check rather than anything on our end, so it's worth a quick call to them first. Still stuck?
