Two pod formats fit the same device. The Luxe X range has the coil sealed inside each pod: when it fades, you throw the pod away and click in a fresh one. The Luxe XR range holds a GTX coil that you can pull out and replace without binning the pod itself. The GTX coil range spans 0.4 to 1.2 ohm with MTL and DTL options, and the same coils work across other Vaporesso kits.

40W Variable Wattage with OLED Screen

The screen sits on the front of the device and shows three things at a glance: current wattage, battery percentage, and the resistance of the installed coil. Wattage adjusts via dedicated menu buttons. The 40W ceiling opens up DTL vaping with the 0.4-ohm coil, something most pod kits cannot do. Drop to 10-12W for tight MTL with a 1.2-ohm coil.

AXON Chipset with Smart Mode

Smart Mode reads the installed pod or coil and automatically sets the optimal wattage. It protects against running too much power through a high-resistance coil. Manual mode is there if you want to fine-tune, but Smart Mode handles it well enough that most vapers never touch the settings.

How to Set Up the Vaporesso Luxe X Pro Vape Kit

1. Charge. Connect the USB-C cable. The OLED shows charging progress. Allow a full charge before first use.

2. Pick your pod. The kit ships with two Luxe X pods with built-in coils. Choose based on your vaping style.

3. Fill. Locate the fill port on the bottom of the pod. Lift the silicone stopper, add your e-liquid, and press it shut. Do not overfill.

4. Prime. Let the filled pod sit for five minutes so the coil saturates. COREX cotton absorbs well, but the first fill needs time.

5. Insert. Push the pod into the device. Magnetic connection clicks it into place.

6. Power on. Press the fire button five times.

What is the difference between the two pod types? 

One has the coil sealed inside (Luxe X). When flavour drops off, you bin the pod and click in a new one. The other holds a removable GTX coil (Luxe XR). When the coil fades, you pull it out, slot a fresh coil in, and keep using the same pod. Both formats fit the Luxe X Pro.

Can I use XROS pods in the Luxe X Pro? 

The Luxe X Pro uses Luxe X and Luxe XR pods. XROS pods are a different format and do not fit.

What is Smart Mode? 

The AXON chip reads the installed coil resistance and sets the wattage automatically. It prevents you from accidentally running too much power through a high-resistance coil. You can override it with manual wattage control.

How long does the battery last? 

Most vapers get a full day from the 1500mAh battery. At higher wattages (30-40W) with the DTL pod, the battery drains faster. MTL at 12-16W stretches the charge further.

Which pod should I start with? 

If you vape nic salts and prefer MTL, use the Luxe X 0.8Ω pod. If you want bigger clouds and warmer vapour, use the Luxe X 0.4Ω DTL pod. The kit includes both styles.

Can I use high VG e-liquid? 

In the 0.4Ω DTL pod or GTX 0.4Ω coil, yes. 70/30 VG/PG works well at 28-40W. For 0.6Ω and above, stick to 50/50 or nic salts.

What GTX coils are NOT compatible? 

GTX 0.15Ω, 0.2Ω, and 0.3Ω. They need more than 40W to perform properly, which exceeds the Luxe X Pro's maximum output.

Is this different from the XROS range? 

Different pod system, higher wattage, different form factor. The XROS is a pen-style pod kit using XROS pods. The Luxe X Pro is a pod mod using Luxe X and Luxe XR pods with GTX coils. They are not cross-compatible.

How do I fill the pods? 

Bottom-fill. Lift the silicone stopper on the base of the pod, add e-liquid through the port, and press the stopper shut.
