AXON Chipset with Smart Mode

Smart Mode identifies the coil resistance the moment you click a pod into place and sets the output to Vaporesso's recommended wattage for that coil. For the 0.4-ohm, it lands around 30W. For the 0.8-ohm, around 16W. You can override it manually, but most vapers leave it on and let the chip do the thinking.

Replaceable GTX Mesh Coils

The GTX coil threads into the base of the Luxe XR pod. When flavour drops, you pull the old coil out and thread a new one in. The pod stays in use. GTX coils range from 0.15 to 1.2 ohm across the full Vaporesso range, though the Luxe XR's 40W cap means coils below 0.4 ohm are not practical for this device.

How to Set Up the Vaporesso Luxe XR Kit

1. Charge. Connect the USB-C cable. Charge until the LED indicator shows full.

2. Install the coil. Take one of the included GTX coils and thread it into the base of your chosen Luxe XR pod until snug.

3. Fill. Remove the pod, flip it over, lift the silicone stopper on the bottom, and squeeze in your e-liquid. Do not overfill past the 2ml line. Press the stopper shut.

4. Prime. Let the pod sit with the coil soaking for five to ten minutes before your first draw.

5. Insert the pod. Push the pod into the device. The magnetic connection clicks it into place.

6. Set airflow. Rotate the pod to adjust between a tighter and airier draw.

7. Vape. Press and hold the fire button while inhaling. Smart Mode auto-sets the wattage for the installed coil. Release the button to stop.

The Luxe X Pro adds auto-draw (the Luxe XR is button-fire only), an OLED screen (the Luxe XR has LED indicators only), and an upgraded chassis. Both share the same 1500mAh battery, 40W output, and pod/coil compatibility.

What is the difference between the Luxe XR and the Luxe XR Max?

Is there auto-draw? 

The Luxe XR is button-fire only. Press and hold the fire button to vape. Auto-draw was added on the newer Luxe X Pro.

How do I adjust the airflow? 

Rotate the pod 180 degrees inside the device. One orientation gives a tighter draw. The other opens it up. No slider or dial needed.

Which GTX coils fit this device? 

GTX 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.2 ohm. The device maxes out at 40W, so sub-ohm GTX coils below 0.4 ohm (0.15, 0.2, 0.3) are not practical and need a higher-power Luxe XR Max or Max 2.

How long does the battery last? 

Most of a day at MTL wattages (12-20W). At higher DTL wattages (28-32W), the battery drains faster. USB-C charging gets it back up via the included cable.
