How to Set Up the Uwell Caliburn G5

1. Charge the device fully using the USB-C cable. The 1600mAh battery takes a while to fill from empty, but you will not need to charge again for days once it is done.

2. Choose your pod. The 0.6ohm GPP Alpha Cartridge is a good starting point for MTL vapers using nic salts. The 0.4ohm GPP Cartridge suits lower-strength freebase at a slightly warmer draw.

3. Pull the silicone plug from the side fill port on the pod. Fill with e-liquid to just under the max line, keeping the nozzle away from the centre airflow channel, and press the plug firmly back into place.

4. Insert the pod into the device and leave it undisturbed for eight minutes. The AlphaCore pod in particular uses a denser wicking structure that needs longer to absorb liquid fully. Firing the device before the cotton is properly saturated will scorch the coil permanently on the first draw.
