COREX Mesh Coil (2.0 and 3.0)

Two generations of upgraded mesh. COREX 2.0 refined the grid pattern for better temperature control. COREX 3.0 pushed that further with even finer tuning. Both heat faster than the originals, both wick more efficiently, and both keep flavour steady deeper into the pod's lifespan. Sweet juices still gunk faster, but the degradation curve is gentler.

SSS Leak-Resistant Seal

The pod seals liquid in through a combination of gaskets, magnetic pressure, and a top-fill port that closes flush. Refilling happens with the pod still seated in the device, which cuts the main source of leaks on older pod kits: pulling the pod out with wet contacts.

Top-Fill Mouthpiece Port

Lift the mouthpiece off the pod. Fill port right underneath, same as the XROS 3 kit page describes. Add liquid, snap the cap back on. No side ports, no rubber stoppers. One hand, a few seconds, done. The design keeps air out during filling so you get fewer trapped bubbles.

Multi-Refill Durability

Each pod handles multiple refills before the mesh coil starts to degrade. Vaporesso rates the lifespan at up to 20 days. Light vapers with tobacco or menthol liquids often exceed that. Heavy vapers on sweet dessert profiles may see closer to 10 days. Either way, the swap takes five seconds.

How to Set Up the Vaporesso XROS 3 Pods

1. Unpack. Take a fresh pod from the 2-pack or 4-pack.

2. Fill. Lift the mouthpiece off the top of the pod. Add your nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid through the fill port up to the line. Press the mouthpiece firmly back into place.

3. Prime. Stand the pod upright for five to ten minutes. The COREX mesh needs time to soak. First-time fills need the full ten.

4. Remove the old pod. Pull the spent pod from your XROS 3 and discard.

5. Insert. Push the new pod into the device. Magnetic connection clicks it into place.

6. Vape. Inhale to draw-activate, or press the fire button on your XROS 3. Both work.

How long does each pod actually last? 

Vaporesso says up to 20 days. Realistic range is 10 to 20 depending on your liquid. Sweet and dessert profiles gunk the coil faster. Tobacco, menthol, and lighter fruit flavours tend to push closer to the full lifespan.

Can I use these in the XROS 2 or XROS 4? 

Yes, all of them. The pod shape has not changed since the original XROS. Anything you buy for the XROS 3 works in every other XROS device.

What about the 0.4-ohm pod? 

It does not fit the XROS 3. That pod needs the higher wattage of the XROS Pro, XROS 4, or XROS 5. Stick to 0.6 through 1.2 for the XROS 3.

Should I buy COREX 2.0 or 3.0? 

COREX 3.0 if you have the choice. Slightly better flavour, slightly longer pod life. But COREX 2.0 is still a clear upgrade over the originals. Either one is a good buy.

2-pack or 4-pack? 

2-pack to try a resistance you have not used before. 4-pack for the one you know works. The per-pod cost is lower in the 4-pack.

Which resistance is the most popular? 

The 0.8 ohm. It runs at 16W, gives a firm MTL draw, and pairs naturally with 20mg nic salt. The XROS 3 ships with a 0.6 and 1.0 in the box, but most people end up ordering the 0.8 as their daily.
