How to Set Up the Vaporesso XROS Nano Replacement Pods

1. Take a fresh pod from the 2-pack or 4-pack.

2. Lift the mouthpiece off the top of the pod to reveal the fill port. Add your nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid up to the line. Press the mouthpiece firmly back into place.

3. Stand the filled pod upright for five to ten minutes. The COREX mesh needs to soak before your first draw. Skip this, and you risk a burnt, dry puff.

4. Pull the spent pod from the Nano and discard it.

5. Push the new pod into the device. The magnet clicks it into position.

6. Vape. Inhale through the mouthpiece. The Nano is draw-activated, so it fires on the first puff.

Which resistance works best in the Nano? 

0.8 ohm for most people. It runs at 16W, matches the Nano's power output well, and pairs with 20mg nic salt for a firm MTL draw. The 1.2 is tighter and cooler if you prefer less vapour.

How long does each pod last? 

One to two weeks is typical. Sweet e-liquids shorten that. Tobacco and menthol profiles tend to stretch the coil further. You will know it is time when flavour fades, or you catch a faint burnt note.

Can I use these pods in the XROS 2 or XROS 4?

Every resistance (0.6 through 1.2) clicks into every XROS device. The pod format has stayed the same since the original XROS launched.

Should I buy the 2-pack or the 4-pack? 

2-pack if you want to try a new resistance without committing. 4-pack if you know what you like and want the lower per-pod price.

Can I use high VG e-liquid? 

Not in these resistances. 50/50 and nic salts wick properly through the 0.6 to 1.2-ohm coils. High VG (70/30 or thicker) causes dry hits. If you want high VG, the 0.4-ohm pod handles it, but that does not fit the original Nano.

Are these pods MHRA-registered?

Yes. All XROS pods sold through Pirate Vapes carry MHRA notification and TPD compliance. Age-verified checkout, 18 and over only.

My pod is leaking. What went wrong? 

Usually overfilling. Do not fill past the line, make sure the mouthpiece clicks back firmly, and avoid leaving the Nano lying flat for long periods. If it leaks out of the box, get in touch, and we will replace it.
