VooPoo TPP Replacement Coils | Pack Of 3 - DM1 0.15 Ohm is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
VooPoo TPP Replacement Coils
Four resistances. Three coils per pack. A coil change that genuinely takes five seconds because you just yank the old one out and shove the new one in. No threading. The VooPoo TPP DM coils are mesh with organic cotton, running from 0.15 ohm at 60W all the way to 0.3 ohm at 32W. Here is the bit that catches people out: the DM1 and DM3 are both 0.15 ohm, but they are not the same coil.
Different mesh weave, different wattage band. The DM2 at 0.2 ohm sits in the middle. The DM4 at 0.3 ohm is barely anyone buys, which is a shame because it lasts the longest. All four click into any TPP-compatible VooPoo tank or pod. Over 18s only.
Why vapers choose this:
-
Four coil options from 32W to 100W. One platform covers gentle DTL through to full cloud production.
-
Pull-and-push install without removing the tank cap. Five seconds, no mess, no tools.
-
Organic cotton wicking wrapped tightly around the mesh for clean flavour and consistent absorption
-
Cross-compatible with every TPP tank and TPP pod VooPoo has released
-
Three per pack at a price that undercuts most competing sub-ohm coil brands
VooPoo TPP Replacement Coils Features
DM1 and DM3 Are Both 0.15 Ohm and That Confuses People
Same resistance, different coil. This trips people up constantly. The DM1 sits at 60 to 80W with a tighter mesh weave. Focused flavour, moderate cloud, the kind of vape most people settle on for daily use. The DM3 runs at 80 to 100W. Wider mesh, more air moving through, noticeably denser output. Both read 0.15 ohm on your mod. Both feel completely different in use. Vaping at 70W? DM1. Pushing past 80? DM3. Buying the wrong one is not dangerous, but it is annoying when the coil does not perform the way you expected at your usual wattage.
The DM4 at 0.3 Ohm Is the One Nobody Talks About
Everyone gravitates toward the 0.15 and 0.2 ohm options. Fair enough. But the DM4 at 0.3 ohm runs at just 32 to 40W, and for the right person it is the best coil in the range. Warmer draw. Noticeably less liquid going through per session. Coils lasting twice as long as the DM1. The trade-off is less vapour, which for some vapers is not a trade-off at all. If you have ever thought "I like DTL, but 60W feels like too much", this is the coil to try before you give up and switch to a pod kit.
Organic Cotton Wicking Holds Up Well at High Wattage
Cotton quality is one of those things you do not think about until it goes wrong. Run a cheap coil at 90W for three days, and the flavour turns papery, then bitter, then actively unpleasant. VooPoo uses organic cotton in the TPP range, and at 80 to 100W through the DM3 it holds up genuinely well. Most people get a solid week before the taste starts shifting. Two weeks if you stick to cleaner liquids. Anything heavily sweetened will shorten that regardless of cotton quality, but the organic blend buys you more time than budget alternatives.
No Threading Means No Cross-Threading
Screw-in coils cross-thread. It happens. You angle the coil slightly wrong going in, the threads catch, and you either force it or strip it. TPP coils do not thread at all. Push it up into the base of the tank until it clicks. Pull it down to remove. The O-ring seal does the work. Simple, reliable, and eliminates a failure point that plagues threaded coil systems.
One Coil Platform Across the Entire Drag Lineup
Own a Drag 3? These coils fit. Upgrade to a Drag 6 next year? Same coils. Pick up a TPP X Tank because someone recommended it? Still the same coils. VooPoo built the TPP platform to work across their entire Drag and Argus lineup, which means your coil stock carries forward when you change hardware. That is genuinely useful. Most brands force you to buy a completely different coil set every time you upgrade. VooPoo does not.
VooPoo TPP Replacement Coils Coil Options
Four DM variants. Same physical size, same press-fit connection, different mesh density and wattage range.
-
DM1 at 0.15 ohm: Best between 60 and 80W. The one most people end up on. Tight mesh, flavour-led, sits well at 65 to 75W all day without drama.
-
DM2 at 0.2 ohm: Runs cooler at 40 to 60W, lasts a bit longer. Handles sweeter liquids better than the 0.15 options because the lower wattage caramelises less sugar onto the cotton.
-
DM3 at 0.15 ohm: For the cloud chasers. 80 to 100W. Wide mesh, drinks liquid faster, but the vapour production is noticeably heavier than everything else here.
-
DM4 at 0.3 ohm: The underrated one. 32 to 40W. Gentle, warm, sips liquid. Longest coil life by a clear margin.
How to Set Up the VooPoo TPP Replacement Coils
-
Pull the old coil out. With the tank or pod still assembled, grip the exposed base of the spent coil and pull it straight downward. It slides out.
-
Prime the new coil. Before installing, drop three or four blobs of e-liquid onto the cotton visible through the mesh openings on the side of the coil. This pre-wets the organic cotton and prevents a scorched first draw.
-
Push the new coil up into the base until you feel it click into place. Make sure it is straight. The O-ring creates the seal.
-
Fill the tank if needed. Stand it upright for five minutes before drawing. The cotton needs time to absorb fully, especially on the DM3 at higher wattage. Rushing this step wastes the coil.
What's in the VooPoo TPP Replacement Coils Box
A sealed pack containing three coils in whichever DM variant you selected. Nothing else in the box. No tank, no pod, no liquid. You need a TPP-compatible VooPoo device and High-VG E-Liquid to put them to use.
Works With the Entire VooPoo TPP Ecosystem
If your VooPoo device has a TPP connection, these coils fit. That covers the Drag 3 through Drag 6, the Drag X Plus Pro, the Argus GT II, and both the original TPP Tank and the TPP X Tank. VooPoo has kept the coil fitment consistent across generations, which is the whole point of a platform. Browse the VooPoo Range for compatible devices.
E-liquid: 70/30 or higher VG at 3mg or 6mg freebase. Sub-ohm mesh coils at 32 to 100W. Do not use nic salts above 6mg. Do not use high-PG liquids. The coils and wattage are built for thick, high-VG liquid.
About VooPoo
VooPoo sits in Shenzhen, China, and has been around since 2017. The Drag series is the product that made the brand recognisable, widely stocked, and responsible for putting the GENE chipset in front of more vapers than probably any other chip on the market.
The TPP coil platform launched alongside the Drag 3 and has since spread across nearly every device VooPoo makes above pod-kit level. It is one of the most widely available sub-ohm coil ranges in UK shops, which matters when you need a replacement at short notice.

Conclusion
Four coils. One platform. Press-fit install that makes threaded systems feel outdated. The DM range covers 32W through 100W, which is a ridiculous spread for a single coil family. Most people will land on the DM1 or DM2 and stay there.
The DM3 is for cloud days. The DM4 is for the vapers who realised they do not actually want to go through 30ml of liquid a week. If you run anything in the VooPoo TPP ecosystem, these are the only coils you need. Grab a pack at Pirate Vapes.
FAQs
What is the difference between TPP DM1 and DM3?
Both are 0.15 ohm. The DM1 runs at 60-80W with a tighter mesh for flavour. The DM3 runs at 80-100W with a wider mesh for cloud. Different wattage bands, different vaping experience.
Which TPP coil lasts the longest?
The DM4 at 0.3 ohm (32-40W). Lower wattage means less heat stress on the cotton. Expect the longest coil life of the four options.
Can I swap TPP coils without emptying the tank?
Yes. The pull-and-push design lets you remove the old coil and insert a new one from the base without taking the tank apart or draining liquid.
What e-liquid works with TPP coils?
70/30 or higher VG at 3 to 6mg freebase. Sub-ohm coils at 32 to 100W. Nic salts above 6mg are too harsh at these wattages.
Which VooPoo devices use TPP coils?
Anything with a TPP connection from VooPoo. The Drag 3 through 6, the Drag X Plus Pro, the Argus GT II, and both TPP tanks. The coil fitment has stayed the same across all of them.
