Geekvape Z200 Vape Kit

Physical buttons, not a touchscreen. That is the main change on the Geekvape Z200 Vape Kit compared to its close relative, the T200.

The mod fires up to 200W from two external 18650 cells. Power runs through the AS-Chip 3.0 chipset. On top sits the Z (Zeus) Sub-Ohm 2021 Tank for direct-to-lung vaping. A 2.4-inch colour screen reads out your wattage, coil resistance, and both battery levels.

Two Z Series mesh coils come in the box, one fitted and one spare. You add your own cells and e-liquid before the first vape. Find the Z200 kit in our Vape Kits.

Why vapers choose this:

  • A readable 2.4-inch colour screen lays out wattage, both battery levels, resistance, voltage, and a puff counter, so you can see exactly what the Z200 kit is doing without digging through menus.

  • True 5W to 200W output gives the dual-battery mod plenty of headroom for the 0.15ohm coil.

  • Two Z Series mesh coils are included, one warm and cloudy, one cooler and flavour-led.

  • Button control keeps adjustments quick and tactile.

  • Removable 18650 cells let you swap in a charged pair instead of waiting on a cable.

Geekvape Z200 Kit Features

2.4-Inch Full-Colour Display

The 2.4-inch screen is the headline of the Z200. It carries a refreshed interface that shows two independent battery indicators, your mode, wattage, coil resistance, amperage, voltage, and puff data on one clear layout. Physical buttons handle every adjustment, which many vapers prefer over a touchscreen for speed and reliability in cold or wet hands.

AS-Chip 3.0 and Multiple Modes

Behind the display sits the AS-Chip 3.0, driving output up to 200W with fast, steady firing. The Z200 vape kit runs Power, SMART, TC-SS, TC-TCR, VPC, and Bypass.

SMART mode reads the fitted coil and sets a sensible power ceiling to help protect it, which makes the kit friendlier for anyone stepping up from a pod system. Pair it with a low-nicotine, High-VG E-Liquid for the best results.

Z Sub-Ohm 2021 Tank

The included Z (Zeus) Sub-Ohm 2021 Tank uses Geekvape's top-airflow, leak-resistant design, one of the better-regarded layouts among DTL Tanks. Air enters at the top and travels down around the coil, which keeps liquid away from the base. A lockable top-fill cap, an adjustable airflow ring and an 810 drip tip round out the tank. In the UK, it holds 2ml in line with TPD rules.

Dual Z Series Mesh Coils

Two coils cover both ends of the sub-ohm range. The pre-fitted Z0.15 XM runs warm and cloudy at 70 to 85W, while the spare Z0.4 sits cooler at 50 to 60W for a more restrained, flavour-forward draw. Both are mesh, so they heat evenly and wick well with thicker juice. Stock spares from the Geekvape Coils collection.

Micro-USB Onboard Charging

The Z200 charges over a Micro-USB port rather than USB-C. Onboard charging is handy in a pinch, though an external charger is the better long-term habit for dual-18650 mods, since it charges cells evenly and keeps them in better condition over time.

Geekvape Z200 Kit Colours

Four finishes are available. The internals and screen are identical across the range, so the choice comes down to the look of the chassis.

How to Set Up the Geekvape Z200 Kit

Around five minutes start to finish, most of it letting the coil soak.

  1. Fit two 18650 batteries. Open the base door and insert a fresh, matched pair, checking the plus and minus markings inside the bay. Use two identical, high-drain cells from the same brand and never mix ages or charge levels. Browse compatible Vape Batteries if you need a set.

  2. Fit the coil. Press the Z0.15 or Z0.4 coil firmly into the tank base until it seats. It pushes in, with no threading needed.

  3. Prime the coil. Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto each exposed wicking port so no cotton starts out dry.

  4. Fill from the top. Unlock and slide the top cap open, add a high-VG e-liquid through the fill port, avoiding the central chimney, then close and lock the cap.

  5. Let the coil drink. Stand the tank upright for a good five minutes, closer to ten if you plan to run near the top of the coil's range. Firing on dry cotton scorches the mesh straight away.

  6. Start low and build up. Power on, set the wattage near the bottom of the coil's range on the screen, take a couple of draws, then raise it until the warmth and cloud sit where you want them.

What's in the Geekvape Z200 Box

Inside you get:

  • the Geekvape Z200 mod

  • the Z Sub-Ohm 2021 Tank

  • the Z0.15 XM coil, pre-installed

  • the Z0.4 coil, as a spare

  • a coil tool

  • a spare glass tube

  • a Micro-USB cable

  • a spare parts pack

There are no batteries and no e-liquid included, so add both before you order. The single spare glass only covers you once, so keeping a set of replacements to hand is worth it.

Runs the Geekvape Z Coil Range

The Z Sub-Ohm 2021 Tank on this kit takes the wider Geekvape Z (Zeus) coil family, so beyond the two supplied, you can drop in other Z resistances to move between warmer clouds and cooler, flavour-led draws.

The mod itself uses a standard 510 connection, so it will also run other 510 tanks if you change setup later.

What will not fit: coils from other brands, or heads from Geekvape tanks outside the Z platform, such as M Series coils from the Z Max. If a coil is not a Z (Zeus) series head, it is the wrong platform for this tank.

About Geekvape

Geekvape made its name with the rugged Aegis line, but its Z (Zeus) range has become just as recognisable, built around top-airflow tanks and the widely stocked Z coil platform.

The Z200 takes the look and electronics of the touchscreen T200 and gives them physical buttons instead, keeping the same 2.4-inch screen and AS-Chip 3.0.

Unlike most of the brand's mods, it drops the IP rating, so it trades ruggedness for a simpler, screen-led design at a lower price. Pirate Vapes stocks it alongside the full Geekvape Vapes range, where you can see the rest of the Z and Aegis families.

Stock Up and Save

This kit needs two things it does not ship with: a matched pair of 18650 cells and something to keep them charged. Sorting both on the same order means the Z200 is ready to vape the moment it lands, and spare Z coils save a repeat trip.

Every order from Pirate Vapes goes out same-day before 4 pm on working days, with an age-verified checkout and over-18s only. Grab a backup cable from our Chargers and Cables range too.

Conclusion

The Geekvape Z200 kit is a sensible pick if you want a 200W dual-battery box with a big colour screen and simple button control rather than a touchscreen.

Two Z Series coils, a leak-resistant Z Sub-Ohm tank, and a wide coil range get you started and keep it cheap to run, as long as you remember it is not a rugged, water-resistant device. Explore more Vape Accessories and browse the full lineup at Pirate Vapes.

FAQs

Does the Geekvape Z200 kit come with batteries?

The Z200 does not include batteries. It needs two 18650 cells, sold separately, so use a quality matched pair from the same brand, rated for high-drain use, and charge them with a dedicated external charger where possible.

What coils does the Geekvape Z200 use?

The Geekvape Z (Zeus) Series mesh coils. The kit includes a Z0.15 XM at 0.15ohm and a Z0.4 at 0.4ohm, and other Z resistances drop straight into the tank.

How much e-liquid does the Z200 tank hold?

The UK edition of the Z Sub-Ohm tank holds 2ml and fills from the top. A high-VG e-liquid at low nicotine suits the sub-ohm coils best.

Is the Geekvape Z200 waterproof like the Aegis mods?

The Z200 carries no IP rating, so unlike the Aegis range, it is not built for water, dust, or drops. Treat it as a standard box mod and keep it dry.

What is the difference between the Z200 and the T200?

Both share the 2.4-inch screen and AS-Chip 3.0, but the Z200 kit uses physical buttons and charges over Micro-USB, while the T200 has a touchscreen, USB-C, and an IP68 tri-proof body.

What wattage should I run the Z200 kit at?

Match the coil. The Z0.15 XM sits happiest at 70 to 85W, and the Z0.4 runs cooler at 50 to 60W. Start at the low end and climb until the draw feels right.
