1. Battery in first. Slide the lock at the base of the mod and swing the spring-loaded door open. 

2. Prime the coil before anything else. The 1.6 ohm coil comes already sitting inside the Zlide tank. Before you add liquid, tilt the tank and squeeze 3 or 4 drops of e-liquid directly into each of the small cotton windows on the side of the coil.
