What E-Liquid to Use

High VG. 70/30 or higher. Shortfills, freebase. The thicker the liquid, the better these coils handle it. Fruits, desserts, menthols, whatever flavour you prefer, just make sure the VG ratio is right. Nic salts and 50/50 liquids are not suitable for either of these coils. They are too thin, they will flood the pod, and you will end up with juice in your mouth instead of vapour. Stick to what the coils were designed for.

How to Replace Your Smok RPM 3 Coil

1. Take the pod off the RPM 5 or Nord 5 device.

2. Turn the pod over and pull the old coil straight out of the base. It should come out without too much force.

3. Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the mesh and cotton visible at the top and sides of the new coil. That is priming.

4. Push the new coil into the pod base until the rubber seal sits flush and it feels firm.

5. Fill the pod with e-liquid, clip it back onto the device, and leave it to stand for five to ten minutes.

That soak time matters. Skip it and you burn the cotton on the first pull. A burnt RPM 3 coil is finished. You cannot recover it.
