How to Set Up the Vaporesso GTi Replacement Mesh Coils

1. Unscrew the tank base and pull the old coil straight out.

2. Push the new GTi coil firmly into the base until it seats. It is a press-fit, no threading needed.

3. Wet the mesh and cotton through the side ports with a few drops of your juice. This cuts the priming time.

Which resistance is best for flavour?

The 0.4Ω at 50 to 60W is the flavour sweet spot for most people. It runs a bit tighter than the 0.2Ω and concentrates the taste. The 0.2Ω is better if you want more cloud with your flavour.

Can I use nic salts in these coils?

Not recommended. Sub-ohm coils at 30W and above produce too much vapour for nic-salt strengths. Use freebase e-liquid at 3 to 6mg in a high-VG ratio.

How long does a coil last?

One to two weeks of daily DTL use, or about 5 to 7 tank refills. Sweet, dark or heavily coloured juices shorten the life. Lighter juices go further.

Do I need to prime the coil?

Yes. Wet the cotton through the side ports before you install the coil, then fill your tank and give it a good five to ten minutes sitting. If you fire a dry coil, the mesh scorches instantly and the coil is done.

Why is 50/50 juice not recommended?

It is too thin for sub-ohm coils. Thin juice floods the coil at higher wattages, causing leaking and muted flavour. Use 70%+ VG for the best results.
