Zeus Replacement Glass By Geekvape

Cracked glass does not mean a new tank. The Geekvape Zeus replacement glass is a 2ml TPD-compliant tube built for the Zeus sub-ohm tank (both the original and the 2021 revision). Same dimensions, same seal, same fit as the glass that shipped in the box. One piece per pack.

If you have dropped your mod and the glass shattered, or it has picked up enough chips and scratches to look rough, this swaps in within a couple of minutes and puts the Zeus back into service. Browse more Replacement Tank Glass at Pirate Vapes.

Why vapers choose this:

  • Exact-fit replacement for the glass that came with your Zeus, no trimming, no forcing, no compatibility worries

  • 2ml TPD-compliant capacity matches the UK version of the Zeus, so you stay within regulation

  • Cheaper than replacing the entire tank when the glass is the only part that cracked or chipped

  • Clear glass lets you see your liquid level without removing anything

  • Geekvape genuine part, not a third-party approximation

Zeus Replacement Glass Features

Why Bother Replacing Just the Glass?

Because the rest of your Zeus is probably fine. The coil housing, the airflow ring, the drip tip, the 510 connection: none of those break when you drop a mod. The glass does. And a whole new tank costs considerably more than a single tube. If the O-ring seals are still intact and the threads are clean, fresh glass is all you need.

Fitment Matters More Than It Sounds

Vape tank glass is not universal. Each model uses a specific diameter and height. The Zeus glass sits between two O-rings on the body, and the fit has to be precise or the whole thing leaks. This is the Geekvape part made for the Geekvape tank. Not a generic tube cut to size.

What This Glass Does Not Fit

The Zeus name covers a wide range of tanks, and this glass does not work across all of them. Not the Zeus Dual RTA. Not the ZX or ZX II RTA. The Z Fli and its second revision use a different diameter entirely. Same goes for the Z Sub-Ohm SE, which looks similar but sits slightly taller. And the newer Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5 takes its own glass profile too.

This 2ml straight tube fits the original Z Sub-Ohm Tank and its 2021 update. Those two only. If the name on your tank does not match one of those, you need a different glass.

How to Replace the Zeus Glass

Quick job. Under two minutes.

  1. Empty the tank. Vape or pour out any remaining e-liquid. Working with a dry tank prevents spillage and lets you see what you are doing.

  2. Unscrew the base of the Zeus tank from the top cap. The glass sits between these two sections, held in place by O-rings.

  3. Slide the cracked glass off the base section. If it is cracked badly, wrap it in a cloth first to catch fragments.

  4. Check both O-rings. One sits on the base, one on the top cap. Make sure neither is torn, pinched, or missing. A damaged O-ring leaks regardless of how good the glass is.

  5. Slide the new glass tube onto the base section. It should sit snugly against the bottom O-ring without force.

  6. Screw the top cap back on until finger-tight. Do not overtighten. Refill with e-liquid, let the coil re-soak for a couple of minutes, and you are back in business.

What's in the Zeus Replacement Glass Box

One 2ml clear glass tube for the Zeus. No o-rings, no coils, no hardware. Just the glass. If your o-rings need replacing too, those are separate parts.

The DTL Glass for Geekvape's Zeus Platform

The Zeus is one of Geekvape's longest-running DTL Vape Tanks. It runs on Z-series mesh coils, sits on a standard 510 pin, and has been bundled with Aegis mods for years. This glass restores the UK TPD-compliant 2ml capacity on both the original and the 2021 refresh. It does not convert to bubble glass or increase capacity.

About Geekvape

Geekvape built its name on the Aegis line of shock-resistant, waterproof mods, and the Zeus became the default tank pairing for most of that range.

The Z-series coil platform runs across multiple tanks and has one of the wider coil selections in the DTL space. Keeping spare glass on hand is a practical reality for daily Zeus users, because one drop onto a hard surface is all it takes.

Stock Up and Save

Glass breaks. Rarely once. Picking up a spare alongside your coil order means you are covered the next time a mod takes a tumble off a desk or a car seat.

At this price, two is sensible. Every order through Pirate Vapes ships same day before 4 pm, age-verified checkout, over 18s only. Free Pirate Post on orders over £25.

Conclusion

The Geekvape Zeus replacement glass is a single-purpose part that does exactly what it needs to. If your Zeus glass is cracked, chipped, or clouded, this is the fix.

Two-minute swap, 2ml TPD-compliant capacity, precise fit. Pair it with fresh coils and Vape Accessories from Pirate Vapes.

FAQs

Which tanks does Zeus glass fit?

The original Geekvape Z Sub-Ohm Tank and the 2021 version of the same tank. Those two share identical glass dimensions. Every other Zeus-branded tank uses a different size: the Dual RTA, the ZX series, the Fli range, the SE, and the newer Tank 5 all require their own glass.

Is this bubble glass or straight?

Straight. The 2ml capacity matches the UK TPD version. Bubble glass options exist at higher capacities but are not TPD compliant for the UK market.

Does Zeus come with O-rings?

No. One glass tube only. Check your existing O-rings before installing. If they are torn or flattened, the tank will leak even with fresh glass.

Can I use Zeus glass to increase my tank capacity?

No. This is a like-for-like 2ml replacement. It does not change the capacity of your tank.

How do I know if my glass needs replacing?

Visible cracks, chips around the edges, deep scratches that catch your fingernail, or cloudiness that will not clean off. Any of those means the glass has weakened and could fail under normal use.
