Maximum vapour: the A3 at 0.15ohm. Triple mesh, three heating elements, three enlarged airflow slots. 80 to 130W, best at 100 to 120W. This coil produces the thickest clouds in the range but uses liquid fastest. Runs warmer than the others.

Traditional multi-wire: the K1 at 0.2ohm. Quad steel coil build. 80 to 130W, best at 90 to 120W. No mesh. Some vapers prefer the slightly different flavour character that multi-wire builds deliver. Warmer, denser draw than mesh at similar wattages.

How to Set Up the SMOK TFV-Mini V2 (Baby V2) Replacement Coils

Press-fit swap. No tools, no threading. Under five minutes including priming.

1. Turn your mod off or remove the tank from the device. Unscrew the base of the TFV-Mini V2 tank from the glass section.

2. Pull the old coil straight down out of the base. It press-fits, so a firm tug releases it. Discard.

3. Take a fresh coil from the pack. Apply four to five drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton through the large wicking ports on the side of the coil. Rotate the coil and hit each port.

4. Push the new coil into the tank base until it seats firmly. You should feel it click into position. Check it sits flush and straight.

5. Reassemble the tank, fill with your chosen high VG e-liquid, and leave it standing upright for a full six to seven minutes. The antibacterial cotton in these coils is dense and needs adequate time to draw liquid inward from every wicking port before firing.

6. Start at the lower end of the recommended wattage for your coil and increase gradually over the first few draws. Running a fresh coil at maximum wattage immediately shortens its lifespan.

Which coil should I use in a Stick V9 kit?
