How Do You Set Up a Sub-Ohm Tank?
A DTL tank takes a few minutes to get running, and the priming matters more than on a low-power setup.
- Fit the tank to a mod that can reach the coil's wattage, using the 510 thread.
- Drop in a sub-ohm coil and prime it, wetting every visible wicking port with e-liquid.
- Open the top-fill and add your high-VG liquid, steering clear of the central chimney.
- Seal it and let the coil soak for ten to fifteen minutes. Mesh and thick liquids need the longer rest.
- Open the airflow wide and set the power near the bottom of the coil's range.
- Build the wattage up over a few draws until the vapour and flavour hit their peak.
